How do I pay?
You pay a deposit of £475.00 when you book your video and you have agreed an angle of the video with the director. You pay the final 50% when you have approved your final video.
I have a camcorder – why shouldn’t I just film my own?
Unless you have a professional camera and sound equipment and someone who really knows how to tell your story in two minutes, then you run the risk of portraying your business in the wrong light. After all, what would an unprofessional video say about your business?
Where do you operate from?
Within this price, we will travel to anywhere in Sussex, if you are outside Sussex then please enquire about our travelling rates.
Will my contact information be on my video?
Yes, we will use any logo or information on the video you want.
What if I do not like my final video?
Unfortunately we can not refund your 50% deposit, and if anything you do not like about it cannot be fixed then you will not have to pay the remaining 50%. We will endeavour to fix any areas which may not be satisfactory. All test videos provided to our customers will have the words ‘test video by Sussex Press Agency’ overlaid on it.
How do I receive my final video?
We will provide you with two DVD’s with your video on it as well as a high-quality AVI file which can be used on your website and uploaded to external sites.
